Energy storage systems play an extremely important role in the current power grid,which plays a variety of adjustments to the normal operation of the power system.In the process of grid connection of renewable energy generation such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,it is necessary to pass the energy storage power station to promote the smooth generation of electric energy generated by the power storage station.With the gradual expansion of the scale of energy storage power stations,under the initial conditions,each energy storage unit controls the charging and discharging power of the energy storage power station,and how to allocate energy storage tasks reasonably becomes a difficult problem.At present,most of the output control of energy storage power stations is focused on the analysis of previous data,predicting the output of photovoltaic or wind power on the second day,and predicting the output of the energy storage power station on this basis,and cannot effectively and accurately control the energy storage power station.Great volatility and randomness.Accurate control of the output of the energy storage power station is conducive to the grid-connected power generation of new energy power stations,improving their safety and reliability..First of all,this paper studies the common energy storage technologies in the current situation.In the case of comparison of various energy storage technologies,most of the technical means have cost and efficiency problems,so it is considered that the battery energy storage is suitable for the current Better energy storage means of technical conditions.The operation mode of the battery energy storage power station under the conditions of grid-connected power generation of new energy power stations was studied.Then the concept and technical characteristics of Agent in multi-agent theory are discussed,and its structural characteristics are clarified.The control architecture of battery energy storage power station is established based on the operation mode of energy storage power station and the parameter characteristics of battery energy storage power station.The control architecture can reasonably control the output of each unit of energy storage.According to the SOC of each unit(the state of charge of the energy storage power station,it is a criterion for judging the instantaneous power consumption of the energy storage power station.)The initial state is different and the energy storage task is allocated reasonably.Complete the SOC to achieve a consistent goal.Secondly,based on the constraints of the charge and discharge power limit of the energy storage station and the SOC of the energy storage power station,the active power control model of the battery energy storage power station is established,which can refine the output of each energy storage unit.By studying the idea and design steps of particle swarming,the PCS in the energy storage unit Agent(Power Conversion System)can control the charging and discharging process of the battery to perform AC/DC conversion.The charge and discharge power is directly supplied to the AC load.The charge and discharge power is used as the particle velocity,and the SOC is used as the particle position to calculate the optimal solution satisfying the objective function,and then the optimal solution of the PCS charge and discharge power in each energy storage unit Agent is obtained.Moreover,the control of charge and discharge power of different agents in energy storage power stations under different working conditions is discussed,and the integrity of the control model is improved.Finally,based on Matlab software,according to the measured data of a certain place,two situations: power station tracking 300 MW photovoltaic power plant output plan simulation and energy storage power plant smooth 500 MW wind power plant output fluctuation simulation analysis,compare the energy storage power station output effect,each energy storage unit The power and SOC changes are analyzed to analyze the power of the attack and defense points of the energy storage station.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the calculation of the SOC change in each energy storage agent and the unused particle swarm optimization algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the particle swarm optimization algorithm.The effectiveness of the control method is determined by verifying the power deviation and volatility of the energy storage power station.It is concluded that the control method of the energy storage power station can effectively control each energy storage unit in the energy storage power station,and can make the energy storage units under different initial conditions close to the same in the control process.
