In the context of the accelerated development of urbanization,Shanghang County,which is located in an important transportation hub region,has been fully developed and its urban scale has been expanding day by day.However,the continuous reduction of ecological land in the region and environmental degradation have gradually become prominent,which seriously interferes with the stability and balance of the ecosystem and poses a threat to the survival of human beings.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept and practice of ecological civilization construction in China have been continuously developed and implemented.Rational planning and protection of ecological land is of great significance to maintaining the stability and security of the ecological system in the study area.The selection of Shanghang County Urban Planning Area as the research object,by 2009,2013,2019,which based on the data of the third phase of satellite remote sensing image combined with the topographic map,field investigation material and the city planning program,the integrated use of person relations theory,sustainable development theory,the theory of ecosystem service value and ecological economics theory study.Based on ENVI 5.3,ArcGIS 10.5 software platform firstly preprocessed the third-phase remote sensing data,analyzed the structural change characteristics of ecological land in the Urban Planning Area of Shanghang County through the dynamic attitude of land use,and revealed the dynamic evolution characteristics of the spatial distribution of ecological land by the transfer matrix and the transfer of gravity center.The elevation,gradient,slope direction,recently the waters of the distance,to the rural residential areas of recent distance,the distance to the nearest road,the density of traffic service facilities such as seven factors as explanatory variables,using SPSS 26.0 software to establish the Logistic regression model to Shanghang county city planning operations of the driving factors of the ecological land evolution analysis,On this basis,CA-Markov model was introduced,and IDRISI 17.0 platform was used to simulate and predict the development trend of ecological land in the future.The results show that:(1)During the period of 2009-2019,the total amount and area of ecological land in the Urban Planning Area of Shanghang County continued to decrease,among which,the area of woodland,cultivated land,water body and grassland continued to decrease,while the number of unused land increased first and then decreased.Park and green land were the only land types that showed a continuous increase trend.In the dynamic transfer direction of ecological land,the transfer change of woodland,cultivated land and unused land is more significant,and the evolution of ecological land generally shows the expansion trend from the urban center to the surrounding suburbs,and the gravity center moves from the northwest to the northeast.(2)Height,the distance to the nearest road and rural residential areas of recent distance influence throughout the study area of ecological land use change,and each time changes in the ecological land use and traffic factors all showed a high correlation,indicates that the development of policies and regulations and traffic greatly conducive to the advancement of urbanization,and guides the development of the city to a certain extent the direction and pattern,As a result,more ecological land is replaced by construction land.(3)The prediction results show that during the development stage from 2019 to 2025,the loss of ecological land mainly occurs in Jiuzhou Village,the northern part of Southwest Village,the northern of urban area and some areas along the river.In the development stage from 2019 to 2029,the reduction of ecological land is mainly concentrated in the periphery of the traffic trunk road,the northern part of the central urban area,the southern industrial park and part of the lower reaches of the river,which is in line with the development direction of expanding the north and improving the south in the urban planning.(4)In order to promote the protection and good development of ecological land in the study area,we can avoid the excessive flow of population to urban areas by improving the living and employment environment in rural areas.Secondly,it is necessary to promote cultivated land protection as a whole and improve the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation.Constructing ecological network system and maintaining ecological security pattern;Control the scale of construction land and improve the quality of ecological land;Regulate social and economic development,optimize the transformation of industrial structure;In order to maintain the stability and sustainable development of the regional ecosystem in the long term,we should strengthen the supervision system of ecological safety,implement the division and classification management,and strengthen the optimization and protection of the matrix,corridor and patch in the ecological land pattern.
