The guaranteed bottom power grid is a load-intensive center.It not only needs to be able to operate safely and reliably in daily scenarios,but also ensures that the bottom guaranteed grid users will not lose power under extreme natural disasters.The development of energy storage technology provides a viable option for the above needs.Energy storage has the advantages of small footprint,high energy density,and fast response speed.At the same time,energy storage has "island" or "black start" operation capabilities,and can be used as a disaster-resistant emergency power supply.However,the main factors restricting the large-scale development of battery energy storage are its large initial investment,low return,and long investment recovery period.Therefore,to further realize the planning and application of energy storage in the guaranteed power grid,it is very important to establish a reasonable and complete system to evaluate the benefits of energy storage.Based on the above considerations,this paper studies a comprehensive benefit evaluation and planning method for urban load center guaranteed grid energy storage power stations considering extreme natural disasters.First,analyze the daily operation of energy storage on the grid side and disaster situations,combine direct economic benefit indicators and indirect technical benefit indicators to construct a three-dimensional energy storage benefit index from multiple angles,and build a calculation model for each benefit index;Secondly,design different typical operation scenarios and disaster failure scenarios,take the maximum sum of energy storage benefit indexes related to system operation as the objective function,establish energy storage operation optimization and benefit index solution model,and obtain the energy storage charging and discharging state and system Tidal current,calculate the energy storage benefit index value of different configurations as the data input of the evaluation method,and evaluate the energy storage benefit through the three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation method of energy storage based on subjective and objective weighting and cloud matter element theory;finally,the proposed model and The algorithm is solved by using MATLAB programming to call the commercial optimization software GUROBI.The simulations have verified the validity and practicability of the proposed model in the IEEE-33 node distribution network test case and the actual power grid in a certain area of Guangdong.
