| As an important operation form of agricultural tourism project,themed leisure farm provides tourists with rural leisure experience through the combination of natural scenery,cultural history,agricultural production,health vacation,rural architecture and so on.With the steady implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy,themed leisure farm based on countryside will usher in great development in the future.This paper takes "theme leisure farm" as the object to study its planning and design.The concept of the theme leisure farm was defined by the method of field investigation combined with domestic and foreign literature research and summary,and the development stage,existing problems,characteristics and related theoretical research of the theme leisure farm were discussed in detail.Through the analysis of classic cases at home and abroad,this paper further deepens the research on the location,resources and theme of the theme leisure farm,and carries out overall design to summarize the experience that can be used for reference and the risks that need to be avoided.In view of the problems existing in most of the domestic theme leisure farms at the present stage,which are manifested in the three aspects of the theme homogenization,the theme is not clear,and the theme is simple and single,so that the farms have no characteristics,this paper puts forward the solutions.First of all,five principles that should be followed in the planning and design of the theme leisure farm and the key analysis content in the early stage are put forward,which can provide guidance and basic data for the later planning and design.Secondly,according to the actual situation and master the data,need to focus on the conception of leisure farm "theme".At the level of planning conception,the author puts forward the theme building strategy of "four steps";At the level of planning and design,a "three-stage" theme construction method is proposed,which can reflect the extracted theme in the leisure farm.Then,the paper summarizes the basic content of the theme leisure farm planning and design,emphasizing the function positioning around the theme,the theme into the road system,the theme landscape design.Finally,combining theory with practice,we completed the planning and design of "Tao Zui Li" leisure farm with the theme of "Tao Zui Life".At the macro level,the principles and preliminary analysis contents of the planning and design of the theme leisure farm were put forward.On the medium level,the thesis creatively puts forward the theme building strategy and theme building method.At the micro level,it summarizes the basic content of the planning and design of the theme leisure farm.Finally,combining theory with practice,we completed the planning and design of"Tai zui Li" leisure farm with the theme of "Tao Zui Li". |
