Study On The Local Characteristic Design Of Experiential Leisure Agriculture Theme Resort

China is rich in agricultural resources and has a long history of agriculture.It is a large agricultural country and the rich agricultural landscape provides the basis for the development of leisure agricultural tourism.In recent years,due to the economic development,people’s living conditions have undergone tremendous changes,and they are beginning to be dissatisfied with the single traditional tourism mode.More and more people want to escape from the city and return to the pastoral life.The Agricultural Leisure Theme Resort provides a platform for people to seek a simple lifestyle,restore the original simple attitude to life,and at the same time realize the concept of leisure,recreation,vacation and learning of the agricultural landscape complex.At present,China has a large number of leisure agriculture theme resort projects under exploration,but due to the lack of theoretical guidance in design,there are many problems,such as monotonous content and form;the quality of hotel building design is uneven;It can be seen that the design and research of agricultural leisure theme resorts also have certain positive significance for promoting the harmonious development of society.Based on this,this paper attempts to analyze the hotel building design of leisure agricultural tourism,and hopes to provide some design methods and ways for the future agricultural leisure theme resorts by summarizing the architectural forms and spaces of agricultural leisure theme resorts.Reference.The second part:Based on the related concepts of agricultural theme resorts and local characteristics,the paper compares and analyzes the difference between leisure agriculture theme resorts and ordinary hotels,and summarizes the characteristics of leisure agriculture theme resorts.The third part:A detailed analysis of the four characteristics that should be possessed in the characteristic design of leisure agriculture theme resorts,namely,distinctive agricultural theme features,unique local folk culture characteristics,local characteristics adapted to local conditions and functional characteristics.The fourth part analyzes the content and principles of the local characteristic design in the leisure agriculture theme resort hotel.And analyze the categories of leisure agriculture theme resort space,and then design the special features for these spaces.The fifth part:Through the analysis of the previous article,the specific design method of the experiential leisure agriculture theme resort through the four aspects of overall layout,hotel environment,space characteristics and architectural modeling is summarized.
