Miniature circuit breaker is one of the largest production of low-voltage electrical products,which is used in construction,industrial power distribution and other fields.In foreign countries,automatic assembly,automatic detection and information management have been realized in the manufacturing industry of miniature circuit breakers.In China,the production process of miniature circuit breakers is still dominated by manual assembly.In this paper,an information collection system is designed by using middleware.The system obtains the production line information of miniature circuit breaker through ESB(Enterprise Service Bus),realizes data transmission with digital twin system,and is applied to the production line of miniature circuit breaker.The main work content is as follows:(1)Analyze the layout of automatic production line and clarify the requirements of information system.The production line consists of two automatic assembly lines and one automatic detection line.The two automatic assembly lines mirror each other,and the products are combined and output to the automatic detection line.On the basis of completing the data collection,the information system realizes data connection with the digital twin system and realizes real-time monitoring of the production line.(2)Make an overview of relevant technologies.This chapter introduces related technologies such as ESB,TCP/IP protocol,Modbus/TCP protocol and database.As middleware,ESB is the bridge between the production line and the digital twin system.The communication between the three depends on the TCP/IP protocol.In the detailed design,Modbus / TCP protocol is used to assemble and unpack messages.The database is used to store the collected data.(3)Design and implementation of the system.The system adoptsconfiguration development technology,integrates various communication and processing functions into modules,and establishes the processing flow through graphical programming,which realizes rapid development,one-key deployment and convenient maintenance.It mainly includes message assembly module,communication and data analysis module,data transmission module and data storage module,combined with the principle of data mapping and relative path,the data can be collected and displayed flexibly.(4)System testing.Through the write operation of the My SQL database,the accuracy of the data is ensured.Send the acquired data to the digital twin system to verify the real-time performance.By calculating the packet loss rate of the data stored in Oracle,the system reliability test is completed.Finally,the Thread Occupancy Waiting Mechanism is used to verify the system stability.
