| The products of construction companys are special and the construction projects are complex,the introduction of the new income criterion brings the construction contract criterion into the unified income model and changes the income recognition criterion for construction company.This standard highlights the integration of contract management and industry and finance,which will cause changes in the relevant business scenarios and business processes of company and pose new challenges to the appropriateness of accounting treatment,the adequacy of information disclosure and the data support of information systems.The change of accounting standards has changed the control environment of company,and the internal control needs to make adaptive optimization adjustment.At the same time,a sound internal control system will also set up a good internal management platform for the operation of accounting standards,and help its smooth implementation,they influence and cause each other to realize the long-term healthy development of the company.In this paper,the project by collecting literatures and field visits,case analysis,with K construction companie as the research object,first analysis of the new rule of income and the rule of a construction contract in revenue recognition,measurement,recording and reporting cost differences,and analyzes the accounting standards may change to company management environment,business activities,accounting,management and so on a series of influence,to reveal the new income principles implementation difficulties.In order to effectively cope with the changes of the standards and improve the efficiency of the implementation of the standards,this paper makes an in-depth study of the internal control status of K construction company,and finds out the defects of internal control in the implementation of the new income criterion under the current situation,and puts forward optimization and improvement measures accordingly.The criterion change will cause new financial risk point and business risk point,taking this as a starting point,this paper proposes that company should add key control activities in key control nodes,starting from the five elements of internal control through upgrading the information system to build financial communication bridge,establish the overall framework of internal control optimization,then,the construction activities of construction projects are reorganized to control the key risk points of business processes and carry out process reengineering,so as to ensure the implementation of accounting standards with authentic and reliable data sources,guaranteed processing process and high reliability of information output.This paper closely revolves around the concept of financial transformation and financial integration and combines the internal control status of K construction company.It focuses on system process,process standardization and standard information construction,and puts forward feasible suggestions on internal control optimization for companys to implement the new income criterion.It will realize "process management,system management",truly ensure the smooth implementation of the guidelines,but also can provide some reference and reference value for other construction company to optimize internal control under the implementation of the new income criterion. |
