The development of aerospace science and technology is inseparable from the research of advanced materials.Since the 863 Program,the exploration of new materials in space science has begun.After decades of vigorous development,space materials science has been continuously developed and perfected.With the establishment of our space station,more and more space materials science experiments will be carried out in space.In order to improve the success rate of space experiments,it is necessary to study the technological process of sample materials in advance,and the number of ground matching experiments will be more than several times of space experiments.In such a large scale ground matching test,the testers need to test,record and adjust a series of parameters and state of the high temperature cabinet in real time through the ground testing equipment for a long time.In order to improve the efficiency of the ground matching test of the high temperature material science experiment cabinet in the space station,the teleoperation system for the high temperature cabinet science experiment system is put forward.At present,the ground testing equipment of the space material science experiment equipment is operated locally by the pre-programmed program,which can not respond in time,and needs the tester to keep watch continuously for a long time,record the data and monitor the abnormal situation.Cloud service and client are applied to the remote operation of space material science in this teleoperation system,and a new way of Internet communication of high temperature cabinet ground detection equipment is explored.This paper introduces the research status of space material experiment and teleoperation system at home and abroad,introduces and analyzes the existing methods and technologies,and expounds the requirements of remote control for ground matching test of high temperature cabinet,and completes the detailed design and implementation of the client system.Based on the MVVM model,the client realizes the user management module,receiving field data module,sending instruction module,real-time data curve,equipment distribution network module and so on.Through the client and the ground detection device socket communication,transmission router information,the device will be connected to the designated router.Through Wi Fi module,the equipment feeds back the temperature of the sample,the growth position of the sample,the operating parameters of the equipment and other field test information.The client requests the relevant data on the operation of the on-site equipment and the growth of the sample from the background;meanwhile,the remote control operation instructions for the next step can be transmitted to the device through the background,and the sample can be changed,the process parameters can be set,the operation instructions can be sent,and the multi-stage temperature control can be realized;and the experimental historical data can be visualized.In order to verify the practicability and usability of the system in practical application,a test scheme is designed and implemented effectively.In the process of application,the system effectively solves the inconvenience of manual high-strength continuous monitoring high temperature cabinet and the tedious data recording,and reduces the time cost and test cost of the experimenters in different places,and provides help for the remote management of the experiment equipment.
