The Study Of Online Temperature Measurement System Of 10kv Switch Cabinet

At present,the closed 10 kV high voltage switch cabinet for carrying load caused by excessive heating of the equipment in the distribution network,resulting in equipment failure,affect the reliability of power supply phenomenon has seriously affected the normal operation of the power system,there is a big security risk.Therefore,during the operation of the equipment,it is necessary to strengthen the detection of its running state,especially the monitoring of operating temperature,so as to ensure the safety and stability of its operation.Commonly measuring the temperature of switchgear are discussed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed through comparative study.Based on the above analysis,this study proposes a new method of temperature measurement,which is an on-line temperature measurement system based on 10 kV switchgear.The structure of the system using wireless sensor technology,Zigbee communication technology,design the hardware structure design of temperature measurement system;secondly,the hardware circuit of the temperature measuring device is discussed in detail,using DS 18B20 digital temperature sensor temperature acquisition of 6 contacts,demodulated and divided to 6 groups of temperature the received signal processing solution frame.Then,the software system structure design,gives the system main program flow and structure analysis,the design of the data acquisition module and signal processing and fault diagnosis module;finally,the temperature sensor,the 10 kV switch cabinet temperature measuring system communication module,temperature signal and overall debugging,monitoring system to ensure that the the design can meet the needs of the state monitoring of 10 kV switchgear.10kV switchgear on-line temperature measurement system is presented in this paper,the communication has strong anti-interference ability,can acquire 6 channel contact temperature data,wireless temperature measurement module adopts the most reliable power supply,compared to the previous use of measuring equipment and system has been greatly improved,can satisfy the demand of 10 kV switchgear monitoring,there are to improve the 10 kV switchgear operation safety and stability,and has high practical value.
