| With the development of economy and society,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection.Renewable energy sources has been given new historical missions such as saving energy,reducing emissions,controlling greenhouse gas emissions and preventing air pollution.In recent years,the state has given priority to the construction of non-fossil energy projects such as hydropower,wind power,photoelectric and nuclear power in the planning of the power system.The deficiency is partly supplemented by gas power and coal power.Coal power tries its best to make room for the development of non-fossil energy to generate electricity,thus making the development of China’s coal power industry face many problems.In such a national policy and economic situation,the number of new coal power projects has declined seriously,the survival and development of coal power enterprises will bear a huge test.It is no longer possible for coal power enterprises to realize high-speed economic development by relying on the scale and increment of coal power.They must change their ideas,promote enterprise reform and innovation,and explore ways of transformation,upgrading and high-quality development.This article takes Harbin boiler Company as the research object,on the basis of enterprise strategic management theory,using PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces and other methods to systematically study and analyze the company’s external macro environment,industry environment and internal resources,confirmed the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,made clear the opportunities and threats of the enterprise.And then using the SWOT matrix match the combination of the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats factors.According to the company’s mission,vision,strategic objectives,development process and current situation,determined that the company will take clean and efficient boilers,environmental protection,power station services,power station transformation as the main development direction,and determined the company’s overall development strategy,namely SO growth strategy,and formulated key strategies for the implementation of the strategy.Finally,in order to make the development strategy formulated can be implemented smoothly,the specific guarantee measures are provided in the product quality,management system,talent training,salary system,corporate culture and other aspects. |
