| Domestic manufacturing enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges,and adopt diversified methods to respond to the development of innovation and transformation.In order to solve the thinking about product design and iterative innovation in the process of enterprise innovation,this topic will intervene from the perspective of product genes and product opportunities,using iterative innovation,value opportunities and product genes and other related theoretical foundations to explore the iterative aspects of brand home appliances from different perspectives.The key information is used as a basis to construct a product iterative design model based on opportunity identification,which provides a new idea and method for home appliance enterprises to innovate and iterate.The topic uses typical case studies,stakeholder interviews,intelligence tracking and other methods to collect and sort out the fuzzy front-end information of the iterative design of branded home appliance products,and build the iterative strategy model of home appliance brand products from the five core stages of iterative design,which focuses on building product genes The three key processes of extraction,product opportunity identification,and design plan decision-making will be explained in detail.The development and application of the model were carried out through the Xiaoya brand washing machine to verify the rationality of the key steps of the model built.The main research work is as follows:(1)Acquisition of key information sets for iterative design of branded home appliances.Analyze the genetic construction dimension and opportunity acquisition dimension in iterative products of well-known home appliance companies.Interviews were conducted with home appliance company designers and other stakeholders to explore product opportunities to weigh ideas and plan decision-making constraints.In intelligence tracking,the current situation and future trends of the industry are explored through the collection of industry information.Finally,we coordinate the results of the above three studies,and collect the iterative key information set with product gene extraction,product opportunity identification,and iterative design decision-making as the core.(2)Construction of iterative design strategy model for home appliance brand products.Based on the iterative key information set,build a branded home appliance product strategy model centered on product genes,product opportunities,and plan decisions.Interpret the iterative strategies from the above three dimensions,focus on deconstructing the opportunity identification process,and clarify the scope of opportunity search and judgment The feasibility verification method of the opportunity completes the in-depth presentation of the model.(3)Iterative research on Xiaoya brand washing machine design.At this stage,the application and verification of the model are carried out by taking the product design of Xiaoya brand mini washing machine as an example.The research is divided into seven steps:product gene extraction,product opportunity identification,iterative strategy formulation,product program design,product program decision-making,product program optimization,and market feedback evaluation.Finally,based on the output of the strategy,the plan is designed and determined,and the commercial promotion of the product is finally realized. |
