With the continuous growth of the service life of our country’s highways,some of the highway began to appear cracks,rut,pits and other damage.These diseases can affect the comfort of road traffic on the road,or damage the structure of the road surface and endanger the safety of driving.Among these pavement damage,cracks develop at the earliest stage,which contains huge hidden dangers,but the cost of treatment is the lowest.In highway maintenance engineering,grouting material is often used to treat cracks.On the one hand,it can improve the performance of the road,and on the other hand,it can increase the service life of the road.However,according to literature surveys,the existing grouting materials on the market have poor performance,and the cracks often crack again after 1 to 2 years after repairing,which increases the maintenance cost of pavement cracks.In order to solve the serious cracking problem of asphalt pavement,it has important application value to study a kind of high-efficiency and low-cost grouting material.In this paper,firstly,the types of existing grouting materials were investigated in order to select the suitable raw materials for the preparation of grouting materials.Then the optimum shear temperature,shear speed,shear time and development time in the preparation process of the grouting material were determined.And then the orthogonal experiment with five factors and four levels was designed to analyze the modification rules of various modifiers by range analysis.Finally,according to the provisions of "Road Heating Sealant",the grouting materials obtained from the orthogonal test were evaluated,and three types of grouting materials were obtained: high-temperature type,ordinary type and low-temperature type.In order to study the high-temperature rheological properties of the three types of grouting materials,this paper used a dynamic shear rheometer to design a flow scan test,a peak hold test,a frequency scan test,and a multiple stress creep recovery test.Then the differences in high-temperature rheological properties between asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,CR modified asphalt and three types of grouting materials were compared from different angles.This paper also studied the influence of SBS content and CR content on the high temperature performance of modified asphalt through temperature scanning test.The results showed that the high temperature stability of three types of composite modified grouting materials was better than that of single modifier grouting materials.At last,the relationship between viscosity and construction temperature of composite modified grouting materials were studied through the Brinell viscosity test,and different recommended construction temperatures were given for different types of grouting materials.At the same time,the storage aging and construction aging properties of the grouting materials were also studied,and the thermal storage time range and the optimal construction time period of the grouting materials were given. |
