Grouting material is a kind of dry mixtures made of cement, admixtures(superplasticizer, expanders, early strength agent, defoamers, etc.), aggregates, sand andother materials mixing together. Grouting material possesses high fluidity, high strengthand micro-expansion characteristics after stirring water, therefore grout has been widelyused.Prefabricated reinforced concrete structures has become an important developmentdirection of China’s building structure field in recent years. Joints of fabricated concretestructure require high strength grout. In order to solve the grout strength issue, studiedmaterial impact on the various components in the case of different dosage of groutfluidity and strength properties. By mixing the ordinary portland cement andsulphoaluminate cement, get the best dosage of both content that could significantlyimprove the flow properties and strength of grouting material. Adding a certain amountof grouting compound silica fume can significantly reduce the grout surface bubbles andcould improve surface condition of grout. By changing the dosage of standard sandstudied its effect on the performance of grout. Replace standard sand with quartz sandfurther investigated the effect of quartz sand content on the performance of grout.Successfully made grout with1d compressive strength of40MPa and28d compressivestrength of100MPa.Get the material content of each component through experiment then furtheroptimize the formulation by orthogonal. Select good condition, good performance andhigh strength grout through durability tests. The results showed that formulated grout hasgood alkali resistance and resistance to sulphate performance.Microscopic analysis of grout result show that the major aspects of hydrationproducts grout is ettringite and calcium silicate hydrate. It also revealed the reasons whygrout strength changes with time. Provide a theoretical basis for the ultra high strengthcement-based grout applications.
