In recent years,natural disasters such as earthquakes and fires and man-made disasters have occurred frequently.In the process of urbanization,the layout of urban transportation networks is gradually becoming more complicated,and high-rise buildings are emerging on a large scale,making rescue more difficult,and the fragility of the city has become more and more obvious.Since 1999,the elderly population in my country has grown rapidly,and the problem of population aging in the Northeast has become more serious,and even some areas have experienced negative population growth.Under the national conditions of a rapidly aging population,my country has vigorously promoted the home and community pension model,and the existing urban communities have become the shelter for most elderly groups.However,due to their physical and psychological factors,the elderly have poor travel ability and insufficient disaster response capabilities,which can easily become shortcomings in the evacuation process.Therefore,studying community road networks that adapt to the evacuation behavior of the elderly to ensure their safe evacuation and safe travel during disasters are of important practical significance.At the same time,it is also a guide for improving the disaster resilience of the entire city.significance.Through the survey of population aging,it can be seen that the problem of population aging in the Northeast is extremely serious,and even some areas have negative population growth.Therefore,this article stops in the Northeast,and from the perspective of evacuation safety,the road space of the aging community in the Northeast is more Multi-level and multiangle research,analyze the related influencing factors of aging communities and evacuation,and propose targeted optimization strategies for community road space.At the macro-planning level,the random sampling method was used to extract 814 communities in Northeast China,and the typical community road network forms were summarized.The Pathfinder software was used to simulate the influence of population aging and community road network forms on evacuation;at the mid-level reconstruction level,Daqing Take an aging community in the city as an example to investigate the aging situation of the population in the community and the familiarity of people with refuge places.A coordinated evacuation of multiple refuge sites was carried out for this community,and the simulation simulation of Pathfinder evacuation under different familiarity of people with the refuge sites was carried out.The evacuation simulation is as close to the actual situation of the community as possible,and the proposed optimization strategy also ensures the minimum demolition rate of the existing buildings in the community.The study found that: the aging of the population has a negative impact on the efficiency of evacuation.The evacuation efficiency of the square road network is higher than that of the rectangular road network.As the density of the road network increases,the impact of the aging population on the evacuation efficiency decreases.In addition,population aging has an impact on the evacuation efficiency of all types of personnel,and the degree of impact depends on the evacuation speed of the personnel themselves.When the evacuation speed is higher,the aging of the population will be less affected by the evacuation."The more familiar the site or the shortest evacuation path,the faster the evacuation" is not absolute.The setting of residential areas and refuges,as well as the choice of evacuation routes will affect evacuation efficiency.
