Research On The Financial Analysis Of ZT Construction Group Ltd. Based On The Harvard Framework

The construction industry plays an important role in the national economy,with construction accounting for 25.88% of GDP in 2020,which will have a significant impact on the national economy."14th Five-Year Plan" proposed that the construction industry to industrialization digital transformation,ZT Construction Group is the leader of domestic private construction enterprises,the country’s top 500 large enterprises,the country’s top 50 private enterprises.In the new infrastructure industry situation,enterprises are undergoing strategic transformation.In this thesis,the Harvard framework is used to analyze the financial situation of ZT construction group,to explore its operating status and shortcomings in the transformation stage,and to predict the development direction of the enterprise through scientific methods,so as to provide support for the decision-making of the company’s managers.This thesis selects ZT construction group as the research object,combined with the Harvard framework to make a comprehensive analysis of its financial situation.Firstly,the thesis make a summary of background and significance of this research,combs the views of scholars at home and abroad,puts forward the research methods used in this thesis,and expounds the relevant concepts and theories.Then the thesis briefly introduces the ZT construction group,combined with the financial statements of ZT Construction Group in recent five years,analyzes the financial situation of the enterprise by using the Harvard framework,and scientifically forecasts the development prospect of ZT construction group combined with the development trend of the industry.Through the study,it is concluded that ZT Construction Group has problems such as poor management,high debt pressure and declining business profitability.Finally,in view of the aforementioned problems,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to ZT Construction Group,and summarizes the thesis.At present,the Harvard framework and construction companies combined analysis and research is rare,this thesis also hopes that through the ZT construction financial situation analysis and research,for the construction industry many private enterprises to provide reference for transformation and development.
