With the policy of "Made in China 2025" put forward in the 13th Five-Year Plan,China’s manufacturing industry should move from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.The household appliances industry plays a major role in the manufacturing industry.The household appliances industry is optimizing the industry towards high-quality development,and the product structure reform is a combination of opportunities and risks for household appliances enterprises.This paper uses Harvard Financial Analysis Framework to analyze M Group’s finance from four dimensions:strategy,accounting,finance and prospects.Through the analysis,it provides reference for other enterprises,and puts forward relevant financial optimization suggestions.This paper uses Harvard analysis framework to analyze M Group’s financial affairs.There are six chapters in this paper.The contents are as follows:Chapter I Introduction.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories,including the limitations of financial analysis,the content and advantages of Harvard analytical framework.Chapter three is the strategic analysis of M Group,including the introduction of M Group,macro environment analysis(PEST analysis),industry profitability analysis(five-force model),competitiveness analysis(SWOT analysis).Chapter IV is the accounting analysis of M Group.It mainly introduces the inventory and accounts receivable of M Group.The fifth chapter is the financial analysis of M Group,including its solvency,operation ability,profitability,development ability and cash flow.Chapter 6 is the prospect analysis of M Group and the countermeasures and suggestions.The countermeasures and suggestions are also from four perspectives:strategy,accounting,finance and prospects.Through the financial analysis of M Group,the author puts forward his own views and suggestions,and draws a conclusion that M Group should strengthen inventory management,be alert to the risk of goodwill impairment of M&A premium,strengthen cost and expense management,enhance the profitability of enterprises,adhere to R&D innovation,and accelerate the global strategic layout.It is hoped that the above analysis and suggestions of M Group can help the Group to make better business decisions and provide reference for other enterprises.
