Research On Truck Crane Styling Design Based On Product Differentiation

At present,scientific and technological innovation and clean energy are highly valued by the country,and truck crane technology innovation is also concerned by enterprises and scholars,and has achieved some research results.However,truck crane enterprises still have to face the problem of homogenization,including product modeling.The reason is that the enterprise does not really put industrial design through the important link of product planning;Industrial design is not only the design of modeling,but also a method of scientific development.Its way of thinking can provide the positioning of product differentiation for enterprises.Under such a background,the effective combination of scientific and technological innovation marked by intellectualization,clean energy based on green electric energy and the progress of domestic design ability makes the product get the coordination and unity of "technology and art",realizes the promotion of product competitiveness,and finally realizes the harmonious development of "human,machine and environment".Based on the existing research results of modeling design,this paper uses the theories and methods of design,management,design psychology and ergonomics.Aiming at the typical problems in the development and design of truck cranes,that is,the product differentiation positioning problem in product planning,the concept of electric intelligent crane products dedicated to urban communities is proposed;the design analysis of product modeling issues is based on "brand genes,aesthetic proportions,two The analysis framework of new product modeling in five dimensions: room modeling,surface treatment,and color design.Finally,using the given analysis methods and research results,focusing on the modeling design that reflects the new technology of future truck cranes,the product modeling practice of AIC(All in Community)electric intelligent cranes dedicated to urban communities is carried out.Through the exploration of automobile crane modeling based on product differentiation,design ideas and differentiated research results show the trend and new changes brought by new technologies to automobile cranes,and use AIC electric intelligent cranes to fill the domestic market in the field of pure electric intelligent cranes.Product blanks provide reference and guidance for the process of product design innovation for truck crane companies.
