Research On Knowledge Network Of R & D Project Team Based On Design Structure Matrix

As a knowledge intensive project,R & D project has the characteristics of long R& D cycle,large capital investment,large number of participants and extensive knowledge fields.Knowledge network research is also a hot topic in the field of knowledge management.In the era of knowledge economy,it is necessary for entrepreneurs to carry out knowledge network research on R & D projects in order to improve the knowledge management ability and innovation performance of enterprises if they want to make sustained profits and protect the core competitiveness of enterprises.The members of R & D project team are the behavior subject of R & D project,and the R & D process is realized by relying on various knowledge activities.Therefore,this paper selects the members and knowledge activities of R & D project team as the research subject,and takes the members and knowledge activities of R &D project team as two kinds of nodes of knowledge network,and uses three kinds of interaction between members and knowledge activities Relationships(among members,among knowledge activities and between members and knowledge activities)connect each node to form a complex two-layer knowledge network.In view of the complex interaction between members and knowledge activities,this paper first makes a qualitative analysis of the above three relationships,and identifies and analyzes knowledge acquisition,knowledge transformation,knowledge transfer,knowledge sharing,knowledge integration,knowledge innovation and other knowledge activities involved in R & D projects;then analyzes and studies the relationship between members from the perspective of technology,knowledge and experience,and resources.Finally,the internal relationship and influencing factors between research members and knowledge activities are explored.Next,the DSM model is used as a basic tool to quantitatively analyze the relationship between members and knowledge activities.The dependence relationship and correlation strength between members are measured by constructing the dependency relationship network among members.The initial values of the relationship between knowledge activities and the relationship between members and knowledge activities are given respectively.The stability of knowledge network structure is fitted by restarting the random walk algorithm Then the PageRank method is used to rank the importance of the members,which can reflect the key nodes in the knowledge network more intuitively,so as to provide decision-making basis for the performance improvement,knowledge management and talent management of R & D projects.At the end of the paper,taking XM company’s new car seat research and development project as an example,the paper analyzes the example and sensitivity of the knowledge network model,and outputs the conclusion to verify the feasibility and reliability of the proposed model and method.
