With the increasing demand for road transport in China,the number of commercial vehicles is increasing.In order to ensure the maximum benefit,higher requirements are put forward for load capacity and operation stability.If you can’t accurately grasp the timing of changing lubricating oil used in commercial vehicle transmission system,including gearbox and drive axle,the premature replacement of good engine oil will lead to waste of resources,or the failure to replace deteriorated engine oil in time will lead to excessive wear of parts and components,which will seriously affect the stability and safety of vehicle driving.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the good quality of vehicle transmission system lubricating oil for the normal operation of vehicles.A set of oil quality monitoring and early warning system for commercial vehicle transmission system can be developed to monitor vehicle oil information in real time,and the current maintenance system of "oil change on schedule" and "oil change by inspection" can be developed into a maintenance system of "oil change according to quality" based on oil condition monitoring.The purpose of this paper is to develop a monitoring and early warning system for the oil quality of commercial vehicle transmission system,which can analyze and evaluate the oil quality of gearbox and drive axle by collecting the degradation index in real time,and feed the analysis results back to the driver in real time.In this paper,based on the multi-sensor and multi-parameter index fusion technology,the monitoring and early warning system is developed and designed.Firstly,the degradation index is selected from the perspective of lubricating oil degradation mechanism,and then the relationship between each index is studied through experiments and the scientific nature of selecting dielectric constant and viscosity as comprehensive evaluation indexes is verified After completing the theoretical research,the hardware design and selection of the system and the development and compilation of the software are carried out based on the single chip microcomputer,which provides the theoretical basis and technical guarantee for the realization of the monitoring system;In this paper,a test simulation test-bed is designed and built,and the correctness and feasibility of the monitoring and early warning system are verified Finally,the wireless transmission system of vehicle-ground information is developed,and the wireless transmission of vehicle-mounted monitoring information to the remote monitoring center is preliminarily realized,and a database for storing and querying data is established,which provides technical support for the remote monitoring center to monitor and maintain the oil state of transportation vehicles in real time.The development of monitoring system in this paper can realize the real-time monitoring of oil quality,improve the service life of lubricating oil,reduce the risk of transmission system failure and ensure the full utilization of oil resources.
