| The rapid development of electric vehicles makes the application of solar energy in vehicles possible,and the integration of solar photovoltaic(PV)power generation technology into electric vehicle(EV)charging systems is of great significance to promote green transportation and improve the range of electric vehicles.At present,the independent solar photovoltaic power generation technology has been relatively mature,with perfect charging and discharging management and monitoring,while the main research hotspot of PV-EV system is the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control and circuit design in the vehicle solar photovoltaic system integration,while the power generation prediction based on vehicle operation parameters is less.The research on power generation prediction based on vehicle operation parameters is less.In this paper,we established a prediction model for the output power and power generation of the vehicle-mounted solar photovoltaic system,conducted a road test,and analyzed the variation of the output power and power generation of the solar photovoltaic system with the operation status of the vehicle by combining the simulation and test data.The specific research contents are as follows.1)Vehicle solar photovoltaic system and test platform construction: use flexible solar cells as the power supply,with MPPT controller,charge and discharge controller and lithium battery to build a vehicle solar photovoltaic power generation system for electric vehicle charging,combined with power,temperature,solar radiation intensity sensors to establish a system parameter measurement test platform.2)Analysis of the effect of vehicle speed on the output power of the solar PV system: Fluent software is applied to simulate the temperature field distribution of the solar cell,and the data is input into the solar cell model established by Simulink to obtain data on the effect of vehicle speed on the power generated by the vehicle-mounted solar PV system under different solar radiation intensity and ambient temperature conditions,and the P-v prediction model is obtained by means of data fitting,and The accuracy of the model is verified by road tests.3)Solar radiation intensity prediction model establishment: the solar radiation intensity prediction model is constructed with time as the variable,and MATLAB is applied to predict the solar radiation intensity in real time,while static tests are used to obtain the solar radiation intensity under different moments and dates to verify the accuracy of the model;and the solar radiation intensity change law is analyzed,and the static PV system of the vehicle is established in conjunction with the P-v prediction model.prediction model.4)Dynamic output prediction model correction of vehicle-mounted photovoltaic system: considering the environmental impact,the data of vehicle-mounted photovoltaic system under different driving environments in winter and summer are obtained through real vehicle tests,the concept of shading rate is introduced,the impact of different driving environments on the prediction results is analyzed by comparing the simulation prediction data,the correction coefficients are designed to improve the actual prediction accuracy,and the system economic analysis is conducted.From the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction,the paper systematically researches the influence law of vehicle operation parameters on vehicle-mounted solar photovoltaic system,and the research results can provide ideas and reference for the research and development of PV-EV system. |
