| With the development of ammunition technology and navigation technology,the mode of warfare has gradually evolved from fire coverage to precision strike.Therefore,precision guided munitions have become the main means of combat in modern warfare.A large number of tests are required in the missile development stage.The accurate data recording system can provide strong data support for missile body performance evaluation and flight failure resolution,thereby shortening the missile body development cycle.This subject takes the practical application of a certain missile as the traction,and takes the accurate recording of multiple parameters as the core to carry out the high-precision recording of voltage,charge and ICP sensor signals.This article focuses on high-precision data recording design methods,and mainly solves the following three problems: First,for the problem of how to improve the accuracy of the acquisition front-end analog conditioning circuit,use the component noise model to analyze the noise and error sources,and carry out the ADC power supply decoupling design,Use series isolation resistance to enhance the ability of reference voltage circuit to drive capacitive load,use active filter and differential transmission technology to enhance anti-interference ability,add RC network in the ADC front end to achieve the purpose of input data anti-aliasing and provide steep current;secondly In response to the problem of data coverage and new bad blocks during the use of NAND FLASH due to repeated power-on of the system in an extreme mechanical environment,a dynamic comprehensive management mechanism with less impact on data storage bandwidth is designed.In NAND FLASH,LUN On the basis of avoiding waiting for page programming,the distributed storage scheme is used to place bad block information in the redundant area,which effectively reduces the number of page programming times for storing bad block information,and inserts the fixed page programming that has been completed in the LUN flow queue.The block updates the current record address information in real time;finally,for the problem of error codes in the process of high-speed readback of data,RS code is introduced,and the collected data is coded by RS code,and the information code and the generated error correction code are stored in NAND FLASH,the error code generated during transmission is corrected by decoding during readback.Experiments have verified that the accuracy of recording the three signals of voltage,charge and ICP sensor is better than4‰FS. |
