Ultrasound therapeutic apparatus has achieved good results in the treatment of soft tissue diseases and chronic pain due to its strong directionality,concentrated energy,and in-depth treatment.Aiming at the current clinical treatment of onychomycosis,chilblains,neurodermatitis and other skin diseases that have a long course of time,and easily lead to drug dependence,a non-invasive,fast effective,and no side effect ultrasonic treatment equipment has been developed.The therapeutic apparatus can realize output of different frequencies and intensities,and has certain application value.Then,the STM32F103VET6 single-chip microcomputer is used as a microcontroller and digital frequency synthesis technology DDS(Direct Digital Frequency Synthesizer)is used to generate excitation signals of three different frequencies.After program-controlled amplification and OTL power amplification,the ultrasonic output is realized by an external piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer.Based on the DWIN serial port screen,not only the human-computer interaction but also the no-load protection circuit and over-temperature protection circuit of the ultrasonic transducer are designed.Besides,the MSP-100-48 medical switching power supply,isolated DC-DC module,and voltage stabilizer are used as a combination scheme to design the power module.The C is used to develop the software based on the development tool Keil u Vision5 MDK,and the human-computer interaction interface is designed by the serial port screen editing software Visual TFT.The function,parameters and accuracy of the whole machine of the treatment instrument were tested,and the test results showed that the basic functions of the ultrasonic therapy instrument had been realized.This thesis provides a new action for the treatment of gray nails and other skin diseases,which has practical value.
