| Cars have become a necessity for residents.The automobile enterprises involve a wide variety of products when producing and manufacturing,and the product data are thousands of.Although large-scale production of automobile enterprises has made great achievements in improving production efficiency and alleviating the contradiction between social supply and demand.But this mode is gradually insufficient in the fierce market competition environment,which not only brings inventory burden and cost burden to automobile manufacturers and dealers,also cannot quickly respond to customer customized demand.Therefore,enterprise plans to use information management system,such as product data management(PDM)in the data flow of product design and research process.In the product data management system,bill of material(BOM)data occupies the core position,which is used to support the business related to product data in the product value chain.Based on the study of the current situation of product data management and BOM management in the automotive industry,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of product development project management.Aiming at a single data source,that ensures the BOM data can show a variety of BOM views in the product data management system.And facilitate the decentralization of each department’s workflow.The main research contents are as follows:1)This paper discusses the BOM data model,and on this basis,adopts the structure mapping transformation management model with binary tree BOM structure as BOM multi view.Based on the assembly relationship quintuple as the basis of BOM structure modeling to obtain the complete description of BOM.2)There are different BOM in different stages of the product lifecycle.Based on the assembly relationship quintuple as the basis of BOM structure modeling,studied the key structure mapping on PBOM and MBOM view transformation,and achieve single BOM data source in the product lifecycle.3)This paper analyzes the problem of BOM view reconstruction under engineering change,studies the mapping function under engineering change and the system processing flow under design change by discussing several cases of design change,so as to achieve the effect of system data dynamic synchronization.4)Finally,with the help of the above technical route,build an automotive product data management system to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the BOM data transmission in each stage of the product lifecycle,and the practicability is verified by relevant engineering examples. |
