| This paper takes an automatic rifle as the research object,reviews the research and development status of automatic weapon dynamics at home and abroad,and conducts a dynamics simulation and analysis of the automatic rifle’s automaton and firing mechanism in order to investigate the key factors affecting the firing energy of the automatic rifle,in view of the problem that the firing energy of the automatic rifle’s firing pin is affected by spring fatigue and other conditions.The working principle of this automatic rifle automaton is introduced,the main structure of this automatic rifle automaton is introduced,the working cycle diagram of the automaton is drawn by analyzing the motion process of the automaton,the force analysis of the motion process of the automaton is carried out according to the working cycle diagram,and the mathematical model of the dynamics analysis of the automaton is established.The main factors affecting the reliable firing of the firing mechanism are the firing energy and the structure of the firing pin.In this paper,the reliable firing of the firing energy of the firing mechanism is studied without changing the structure of the firing pin,the firing energy is calculated by the mass of the hammer and the firing pin,and the influence of the hammer spring parameters and the firing angle on the firing of the firearm is analyzed.The 3D solid modeling software Solid Works was used to model the automatic rifle in 3D,and the 3D solid model parts were assembled,and the assembled 3D solid model was imported into ADAMS to establish the virtual prototype model,and the constraints and loads were applied to the virtual prototype model according to the principle of multi-rigid body system dynamics.The virtual prototype model was calibrated,and the motion law of the automaton and the motion characteristics of the firing pin were analyzed.The effects of hammer mass,hammer spring stiffness,hammer spring damping,weapon firing angle and firing pin mass on the firing pin velocity during the firing of the firing pin were investigated,and the laws of motion change of the firing pin when different factors change were summarized.The study of the influencing factors on the kinetic characteristics of firearm firing is of reference value for the subsequent study of firearm firing,and provides theoretical guidance for further research and improved design of the firing mechanism. |
