Looking back on the development history of concrete bridge,we can clearly see that the innovation of construction technology plays an important role in the development of bridge types and systems,and the application of advanced technology has much influence on improving bridge spanning ability and enriching structure shape.With the factory production of bridge components,the application of prestressed technology and the continuous improvement of lifting capacity,the prefabricated building appeared.In recent years,prefabricated bridge construction has been gradually promoted under the background of the increasingly consummate prefabricated construction technology.Compared with the traditional bridge construction method,the prefabricated bridge is still in the development stage.At present,in the construction of prefabricated bridge,the management personnel mostly use the original management mode,which causes some problems like unreasonable technical measures of the new technology,formalized three-level disclosure and discordance between the formulation and implementation of the plan.The main cause of these problems is that the current management model is careless and unsophisticated.In the precast bridge engineering,the quality of precast components and assembly segmental beam jointly determine the quality of precast bridge.In order to shorten the construction period,reduce the cost,improve the quality,achieve the aim of environmental friendly,safe and reliable in prefabricated bridge construction,we need to use the theory of fine management.Based on fourth ring road and river road rapidness engineering of Zhengzhou city(hereinafter referred to as Zhengzhou 4th ring road engineering)as the research object,this paper analyses the universal key and difficult problems in the prefabrication and assembly of segmental beams in the prefabricated bridge construction and researches from the point of view of fine management,combining with the specific problem in project that a large number of non-equal section precast segmental beams are used in bridge construction.The paper aims to find out the key factors of quality control in the prefabrication and assembly process of non-equal section segmental beam,achieve the fine control of the prefabrication and assembly process of segmental beam as well as optimize the construction process.
