With the increasing demand of the people for a better life,enhancing the stability of power supply has become an objective problem in the whole working process of power supply enterprises.The modern and strong power supply system is the basic energy support for the development of the whole society’s Industry,and provides energy guarantee for the development of agricultural modernization,industrial informationization and modern service industry,it also provides the necessary means of livelihood for the people to meet various needs of subsistence and spiritual and cultural needs in their daily lives.It is an important infrastructure related to national energy security,economic security,political security and other fields.The power supply system of distribution network,as the terminal structure of power supply for customers,is the most important link of power exchange between the whole power system and customers.The reliability of distribution network power supply system is based on the existing or planned distribution network,under the limited conditions of hardware and software,the ability to fulfill certain functions in order to meet the needs of customers.It comprehensively reflects the characteristics of low fault,easy operation and maintenance,reasonable redundancy of distribution network power supply system,and uses various quantitative data to measure.The reliability of distribution network power supply system can be studied by test simulation or analysis of production practice data,which is the main way to study system structure and operation equipment reliability.In this paper,the basic theory of power supply reliability analysis of distribution network is introduced,including the factors of power cut,structure mode and analysis of reliability index.In view of the actual load situation and the practice characteristics of power grid construction,a large number of practice data are collected,the distribution network status is analyzed quantitatively,and the factors affecting reliability are studied one by one.Then,based on the practical data,the relationship between the factors is studied,the reliability factors of distribution network are analyzed by the grey relation method,and the reliability data are analyzed and calculated according to the reliability evaluation method of distribution network,to carry on the thorough research under each kind of influence factor hidden danger insufficiency.Finally,the detailed reliability strategies and suggestions are made according to the actual load and power consumption in the region,which provide theoretical support for the structural optimization of distribution network power supply system. |
