Research On The Evolution Of Zhengzhou Old Industrial Zone From The Perspective Of Social Space

This paper is a research on the evolution process,dynamic mechanism and spatial form of the old industrial zone in Zhengzhou.As an important industrial city in the Central Plains,Zhengzhou’s modern and modern industrial development is closely related to the development of the city.In the context of rapid industrial structure transformation,Zhengzhou is faced with the urgent problem of protecting and recycling the material and non-material relics of the old industrial areas.Based on the previous research on the countermeasures of industrial heritage protection and the urban planning centered on the physical form of industrial space,this paper sorts out the development context of spatial production relations in the old industrial zone of Zhengzhou from the perspective of social space,and discusses the driving mechanism behind it by combining social,economic,cultural and other factors.Based on sociospatial theory and morphology theory,this paper constructs a "process-mechanism-form" analysis framework of morphological evolution of old industrial areas.Starting from the structural and social factors of urban development,this paper analyzes the spatial development context of the old industrial zone in Zhengzhou,and sorts out the interaction mode and representative evolution mode among various social groups.Combined with an empirical case,the paper analyzes the evolution process,evolution mechanism and spatial form of the form of the old industrial zone in terms of plane units,building types and land use,and analyzes the reasons,ways and results of the transformation of urban industrial space to other Spaces.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter and the second chapter give a preliminary explanation of the direction and basis of the topic selection through the way of theoretical research,expatiate the goal and significance of this paper to discuss the evolution process of the spatial form of the old industrial zone,and limit the scope of the research object and content.Then the paper describes the development process of social space theory and urban morphology theory,and constructs the analytical framework of "process-mechanism-form" according to the correlation between them.The third chapter reviews the spatial development of the old industrial zone in Zhengzhou from the perspective of urban development,and considers the changes of social space production relations in Zhengzhou following the process of industrial development,and summarizes the historical industrial space characteristics.The interaction mechanism of industrial space production is concluded by the structural and social factors that influence the spatial production relations,and four different evolution modes of the old industrial zone in Zhengzhou are finally concluded.Based on some typical renovation cases of old industrial zones in Zhengzhou,this paper explores the influence of different evolution modes on the physical spatial form of industrial zones and its significance for urban spatial renewal in Zhengzhou.Then the fourth chapter is Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Company’s production area of Zhengzhou city has already begun renovation project of case study,using the above summary of "process-mechanism-form" analytical framework to comb the development history of it,combining with its historical value and spatial characteristics,evolution process of the morphological changes were analyzed and summarized.In addition,considering the historical spatial characteristics under the influence of "unit system",this paper analyzes the morphological evolution mechanism of Zhengzhou Coal Machinery from three aspects of industry,operation and landscape,and finally corresponds to the analysis of industrial zone morphology.Finally,the fifth chapter is a summary of the overall ideas and conclusions of this paper,pointing out the limitations of this paper and looking forward to the future research.
