Compared with traditional intermittent hot presses,continuous flat press(continuous presses)has the advantages of high production efficiency,uniform plate density and good product quality,etc.In the past decade,with the continuous flat press technology becoming more and more mature,continuous presses have gradually become the mainstream equipment for man-made board production.The function of the inlet section of the continuous press is closely related to the production process and product quality of man-made board.The structure of the inlet section of the continuous press is complex,and the function requirements are varied,so it is the most difficult part of the continuous press to design and manufacture.The study of the structure and control performance of the inlet section of the continuous press is of great importance to improve the quality of artificial panel products.In this study,the target product and the main analysis object are medium density fiberboard(MDF)with 1220mm width and 12mm thickness,and the control function and control object of the inlet cylinder control system of the inlet section are analyzed by combining the process characteristics and structural features of the inlet section of the continuous press.Based on the results of the control function analysis,the control scheme is given and the hydraulic proportional control system of the inlet section of the continuous press is designed including the hot press plate fast moving circuit,the slab pressurization circuit and the synchronization control.The mathematical model of each link of the inlet section hydraulic proportional control system is established,the production process parameters are determined,the design and calculation of the control system parameters are carried out.and the transfer function of the control system is derived.Analyze the stability.speed and accuracy of the control system using MATLAB/Simulink to determine whether the system meets the design requirements.The simulation model of the control system is established based on AMESim software environment,and the control performance of the system is optimized by combining the genetic algorithm parameter adjustment and PID regulation.The differences of the control performance of the system before and after calibration are analyzed,and the control accuracy,anti-interference ability and synchronization performance of the system are tested through simulation experiments.Through the analysis of the simulation results,it is concluded that the control system after PID regulation can meet the control requirements of the inlet section of the continuous press.The research of this project is based on the weak research base of continuous hot press technology in China.The main object of the research is the inlet section of the continuous hot press,and the analysis,design and simulation of its structural characteristics and functions,as well as the control mode and performance of the pressurizing device.are expected to promote the development of domestic continuous hot press technology to a higher level. |
