With the haze and other environmental problems becoming increasingly prominent,natural gas as one of the clean power sources is more and more widely used in the automobile industry.The quality of ultra-high pressure vessel as the compressed natural gas container is required higher and higher by the users.In this paper,the stamping production process of the ultra-high pressure vessel production line is expounded in detail.The core equipment-punching hydraulic press is studied by dynamic modeling.The flow control regulation is drafted and the punching speed control algorithm is studied.What's more,the control system of the punching hydraulic press is studied.The main works are as follows:First of all,on the basis of introducing the background of the research,the present situation of the development of hydraulic press is expounded and the development of hydraulic system control technology and control strategy is explained.The characteristic of ultra-high pressure vessel punching process is expounded by comparing the differences between different production processes.In addition,combining with the basic theory of stamping process equipment,the stamping process is clarified in detail.Secondly,based on the analysis of the hydraulic system of the punching hydraulic press,not only the characteristics of the key control components but also the punching hydraulic press movement beam is analyzed.The mathematical model of the punching hydraulic press is established and the PID controller is designed.In this paper,Simulink in Matlab is used to simulate the load.Then,according to the requirements of the press speed in the production process and the energy saving and environmental protection design concept,the problem of the flow distribution of the punching hydraulic press is put forward in the working process.Starting from the hydraulic improvement scheme and the electrical control requirements,reasonable flow control procedures about the pump call and tank level re-balance are made and a detailed electrical control scheme is given.Finally,based on the requirement of the process and the analysis of control system,the electrical control system is designed in debugging,manual and automatic ways.A detailed test plan is developed and specific test steps are arranged based on the site conditions.Both the field test and the test results are recorded and analyzed to test the ultra-high pressure vessel stamping key control technology.
