| In the national strategic construction of the New Land-Sea Corridor,the construction of a high-efficiency and high-quality corridor logistics system could break the logistics bottleneck in western China.Rail-sea intermodal transportation is the most widely used and largest transportation method in the corridor.It has the advantages of large traffic volume,wide range,fast speed,safety and reliability.However,due to the short running time of the corridor,there are still some problems in the process of logistics system optimization and actual transportation.Because of the differences between business scale and objectives,as an important participant in rail-sea intermodal transport,railway and maritime transport enterprises’ cooperative relationship is unstable,which makes the connection of the two modes of transportation not smooth,and also negative influence the decline of cost and increase of efficiency.Therefore,there are still many important issues that,how to break the cooperative relationship between railways and maritime enterprises in the rail-sea intermodal transport process of the New Land-Sea Corridor,so that the cooperation relationship can develop positively and steadily;and as an advocate and regulator of the construction of the New Land-Sea Corridor,how the local government’s behaviors and policies affect the cooperation of rail-sea intermodal transportation in the corridor,and how to promote the stable and rapid development of the cooperative relationship between railways and maritime enterprises,need to be solved to promote the rapid development of the New Land-Sea Corridor’s logistics system.First of all,this article introduces the research background and significance of the selected topic,summarizes the main research content and methods of this article,and points out the main innovations.Secondly,analyzes the current status of domestic and foreign related research on rail-sea intermodal transportation and the New Land-SeaCorridor,and makes a comprehensive review,then the definition and composition of rail-sea intermodal transportation,as well as the concept and applicability of evolutionary game theory are discussed,to provide a theoretical basis for the following research.Then,it analyzes the necessity,relationship and influencing factors of the game of the rail-sea intermodal transportation’s main part.Next,the evolutionary game model of railways and maritime enterprises in the New Land-Sea Corridor was constructed,which could discuss the evolutionary development trend of cooperation and the influence of different factors.Later,evolutionary game model,which considering the intervention of local governments and cooperation of rail-sea intermodal enterprises,was constructed,to analyze the changes brought by local government supervision.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model were tested based on computational studies by MATLAB software.Finally,based on the analysis results,well-directed suggestions are put forward to improve the level of cooperation in rail-sea intermodal transportation in the New Land-Sea Corridor. |
