Study On The Transformation Ang Upgrading Of Bulk Logistics In Tianjin Port

With the acceleration of the process of global integration,international trade is increasingly frequent.Port logistics has become one of the key links of social and economic development.As a large port,Tianjin port has strongly promoted the development of local economy.Bulk logistics is an important part of the business of Tianjin port.However,the problem of the bulk logistics system of Tianjin port is increasingly serious,which not only greatly reduces the total revenue of Tianjin port,but also weakens the radiation ability to the surrounding economy.Therefore,how to promote the transformation and upgrading of Tianjin port bulk logistics has become a key step to promote the steady development of Tianjin port.Through the research on the transformation and upgrading of bulk logistics in Tianjin port,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the transformation and upgrading of port logistics,analyzes the characteristics of port logistics and related theoretical basis,and provides important theoretical support for the later research of this paper.By using the method of literature retrieval,this paper analyzes the basic situation of Tianjin Port’s bulk cargo logistics production,operation and infrastructure,and makes a detailed data analysis on the factors influencing the transformation and upgrading of port logistics,the throughput of Tianjin Port’s cargo,the loading and unloading income of bulk cargo and the change trend of sales income.The author adopts the method of questionnaire survey and anonymous questionnaire survey.The questionnaire prepared in advance is distributed to employees of various departments of Tianjin Port,and samples are collected.Information on the importance of Tianjin Port bulk cargo logistics in the development of Tianjin Port,the influence of information construction level on Tianjin Port bulk cargo logistics,the current situation evaluation of Tianjin Port bulk cargo logistics construction and other aspects are collected.The main component analysis method is used to analyze the factors that affect the development of bulk cargo logistics in Tianjin port.It is found that there are some problems in the development process of bulk cargo logistics in Tianjin port,such as low standardization of facilities,imperfect service functions,intensified competition homogenization,backward information construction,etc.At the same time,Tianjin port also has strong advantages of modern port facilities,diversified business types,strong overall economic strength and favorable hinterland environment,which provides feasibility for the transformation and upgrading of bulk cargo logistics in Tianjin port.According to the survey and empirical results,this paper puts forward targeted solutions from four aspects:strengthening port informatization and infrastructure construction,improving service functions and continuously improving competitive strength.
