| Procurement is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of enterprises,and bidding is a centralized form of high standard requirements for information,procedure,efficiency and compliance in procurement activities.At present,the traditional bidding mode is still the main way for many construction units to conduct independent bidding.However,with the continuous standardization and deepening of bidding management,all construction units are also constantly innovating their own independent bidding,improving the bidding process and creating a fair competition environment.Therefore,many advanced construction units have begun to try new electronic bidding mode to conduct independent bidding,Realize platform operation in the whole process,make bidding in the sun,transparent bidding process,let the public become the supervisor of bidding work.The two bidding modes have their current significance,but also have their existing problems,so it is of great practical significance to carefully analyze the problems of the two parallel modes,analyze the causes,and form reasonable improvement measures.In this paper,through the use of the ancient and vigorous literature research method,collect the domestic and foreign documents related to the bidding management of construction projects,learn the content suitable for the study of this topic,and then combine the theory with practice by case analysis.Through the description of the common problems in the bidding management of construction projects,and then to the analysis of the current situation of the bidding management of a construction company,from the common to the individual,response to the common problems,combined with the actual situation of a construction company,put forward appropriate suggestions and countermeasures.For the coexistence of the two bidding modes of construction projects at this stage,the overall use of comparative analysis,analysis of their own problems and corresponding measures,each unit according to their own situation,the correct choice of bidding mode.Through the research on the bidding management mode of construction projects,the following two research results are obtained:first,there are both research and Analysis on the traditional bidding mode and the application of the new electronic bidding mode in the era of big data.The comparison between the two before and after analysis fully shows the inevitable trend of the future development of the new electronic bidding mode;second,the traditional bidding mode can be used Enterprises of the mode should learn from the traditional bidding mode,and at the same time,they should also learn from the transition to the new electronic bidding mode.It can also help enterprises of the initial use of the new electronic bidding mode,and provide reference opinions for problems encountered.There are still some deficiencies in this study,such as the selection of bid evaluation methods,the setting of bid evaluation personnel and so on. |
