The super high-rise building jacking form-work is mainly composed of steel truss system,support system,form-work system,hanging frame system and jacking system.Its technical advantages have been reflected in many super high-rise projects,such as saving time and reducing work Quantity and so on.Steel truss system and support system are the main load-bearing structures of super high-rise building jacking form-work,and their mechanical performance and design form are directly related to construction safety and project cost.Therefore,it is very important to study the force performance and design form of the jacking form-work steel truss system and support system.In this paper,numerical simulation,field measurement and comparative demonstration are mainly used to research and analyze the steel truss system and support system of the jacking form-work as the key system of the jacking form-work.According to the research and analysis results,a new method based on modulus is proposed.The improved design plan of the regular web-member cross-type truss instead of the web-member non-cross-type truss,and the realization process of the improved design plan is clarified.According to the design characteristics of the current super high-rise building jacking form-work,clarify the composition,classification and working principle of the key system of the jacking form-work,analyze the selection principle and layout form of the key system of the jacking form-work,and combine it with a super high-rise project.The design form of the key system of the jacking form-work of the project is determined.Through numerical simulation and field measurement,it is concluded that the key system of the jacking form-work has a stress ratio of more than 0.7 in the three stages of jacking,construction and self-climbing.The distribution of the truss beams and the key system of the jacking form-work are on the top.The actual stress curves of the three stages of lifting,self-climbing and construction,and the measured stress results are basically consistent with the finite element calculation results,indicating that the overall structure is safe.Comparing the structural design forms of the jacking form-work support system and the steel truss system in similar projects,the steel truss beams of the key system of the jacking form-work of this project have a unique corresponding relationship when they are connected,and there are many types of truss connecting sections,Which affects the on-site installation,processing and manufacturing of truss beams and the circulation of truss beams in the next project,and then proposes an improved design scheme based on modularization rules for the key system of jacking form-work steel truss beams,and gives the modulus of steel truss beams Chemical floor plan and bar section size table.After the improved design,the overall self-weight of the key system structure of the jacking form-work has been increased,the strength and rigidity have been improved,and the local bearing capacity of the concrete at the connecting wall structure also meets the requirements of the specification,which further proves the feasibility of the improved design scheme from the perspective of mechanical performance.In this paper,research and analysis are carried out from two aspects of the force performance and design form of the key system of the jacking form-work.Based on the analysis results,the modularization rules are used to improve the design of the key system of the jacking form-work.The lightweight and modular design of the frame provides a certain technical reference.
