The forklift mask as the main working device, the rated load under the condition of foll enhance the stiffness and strength, and the low order mode in the actual working condition under random excitation vibration performance, especially when driving road roughness produces is a key index to affect the performance. Therefore, the static、the forklift portal-frame modal analysis and optimization, analysis and optimization of the back door mask of the static, dynamic parameters, is of great significance to the safe performance of forklift work.In this passage, we did a parameterized modeling based on ANSYS of mask of Model RT25.5Forklift with Stand Operation and Front Loading of Zhejiang Noblelift Equipment Joint Stock CO., Ltd. Parametric modeling in static and modal analysis of the model, according to the structural reliability index and cost, we optimized the structure of the model in a convenient way. The basic work and outcome are as follows:1. On the bases of knowing the structure of the mask of Model RT25.5forklift with stand operation and front loading, we analysed the supporting structure of the upright and cross beam and calculate the pressure of inside mask、centre mask and the outside mask.2. We finished the parametric Models of mask of Model RT25.5Forklift with Stand Operation and Front Loading based on APDL of ANSYS. Static analysis were in critical condition with load、full extension, and analyzed the load and stress distribution under various operating conditions of the three mask each, verifying the feasibility of the Models of mask of Model RT25.5Forklift with Stand Operation and Front Loading.3. Under the prestrtess, we has made a modal analysis of inside mask, to get the every bands’ vibrations and natural frequency and extracted the vibration performance. We analysed the Vibration and stress concentration on the situation of prestrtess. Also we made the different location of the real product inner mast’s with working condition, to analyse the vibration performance. We explored the possibility of resonance, and gived the method to drive and work with safety.4. According to the safety and cost of the inner frame. Elected the design variables、state variables which was suitable for optimization, in order to reduce weight, reduce volume as objective function, to meet the strength、stiffness and so state conditions and geometric boundary conditions as constraints, and obtain the optimal scheme.
