In recent years,China’s bullet train technology has made great breakthroughs and become one of the important means of transportation for modern people to travel.The overhaul system of bullet train is the core guarantee to ensure the safe operation of bullet train and also an important part of the design technology of the overhaul interface of bullet train.Interface based on the bullet train maintenance system as the research object,the cognitive load theory is introduced into bullet train maintenance interface design,try to use the cognitive load theory and research methods,from the perspective of human cognitive characteristics meet the train maintenance staff and maintenance interface interaction between a highly efficient,the relationship between harmony and comfort,for later train maintenance interface and the design of the system related industry workers provide new ideas and reference.Firstly,this paper studies the research status of cognitive load theory and bullet train maintenance interface design at home and abroad,and understands the influencing factors of cognitive load of vehicle maintenance personnel.Combined with China’s bullet train maintenance interface form,analysis of the current interface problems.Secondly,through the research method and design analysis of bullet train maintenance interface under cognitive load,the design principle of bullet train maintenance interface based on cognitive load theory is summarized from the aspects of interface overall,color,functional layout and cognitive characteristics.Again,for a certain type of bullet train maintenance specific interface and maintenance operator research and analysis,through questionnaires and interviews to further understand the needs of maintenance personnel,to avoid one-sided assessment;Aiming at the problems of theory,carrier and user research,combined with the design principle based on cognitive load,the optimal design scheme is proposed for the final design.Finally,the expert evaluation method is used to evaluate the design scheme,the existing bullet train maintenance interface and the optimized maintenance interface are compared and verified,and the cognitive load level of the bullet train maintenance interface before and after improvement is comprehensively evaluated.The evaluation results show that the cognitive load level of the optimized maintenance interface is lower than that of the original interface.
