Abstract/Summary:
The smart transportation system is the development direction of the future transportation system.It effectively integrates advanced information technology,data communication transmission technology,electronic sensor technology,control technology and computer technology in the transportation system.With the continuous increase in the number of motor vehicles in my country’s cities and insufficient parking facilities in recent years,parking reservation technology has become a hot topic in recent years.How to balance the areas of each area through reasonable resource allocation technology under the existing parking resources Parking utilization is a proposition worthy of in-depth study.In the peak period of traffic flow in the city center,"difficult parking" has become a common problem in all kinds of cities.Restricted by urban land planning,parking space resources are limited and the utilization rate of adjacent parking spaces is seriously unevenly distributed.Private parking facilities such as residential areas and bank office buildings have the characteristics of large stock and obvious tidal characteristics.In the Internet environment,using a shared parking reservation matching mode to reasonably utilize idle parking spaces is of great significance to alleviating urban parking problems.Based on the concept of shared parking reservation,this paper mainly makes the following contents and contributions:(1)Aiming at the problem of parking difficulties and uneven parking utilization during peak parking hours in urban centers,a shared parking space optimized based on the Alternating Direction Multiplier Method(ADMM)is established.Allocation model.The model has two main goals,namely,minimizing parking costs and maximizing parking utilization.In order to solve this convex optimization problem with equality constraints,a solution algorithm based on ADMM optimization is proposed.(2)For urban centers The problem that each parking area cannot be integrated and reserved in a unified manner,the four aspects of the study of free parking space prediction,time window matching,dynamic pricing strategy and dynamic and static reservation mode are carried out,and the parking based on shared parking allocation strategy and parking space prediction is established.Reservation matching model,this model realizes the unified planning of various parking areas,and finally proposes a solution method based on simulated annealing genetic algorithm(SA-GA)optimization.(3)In order to verify the above model,we built a co-simulation system based on Matlab2018b and Vissim.Taking the parking area of Wenchang pavilion and surrounding residential areas of Yangzhou City as the background,we used the real survey parking data,and carried out the actual case analysis through the three evaluation indicators of parking cost,user satisfaction and resource utilization.The experimental results show that:When the weight factor δ=1.42×10-3,the average parking cost of the optimal user benefit is lower than that of the optimal system benefit under the ADMM optimized shared parking space allocation model,which is about 5%lower;The user satisfaction of SP-DS is about 12%higher than that of other parking guidance methods;Compared with the two parking guidance methods of ordinary parking navigation(G)and no guidance system(NG),the difference of parking utilization rate under the SP-DS model is lower,within 10%.The comprehensive parking utilization rate under SP-DS model is higher,with a difference of less than 6%.
