As one of the most influential frontier technology representatives,the Internet of things technology has brought new challenges and opportunities to traditional industries in various fields.Among them,intelligent home Appliances have gradually become the focus of industry transformation in the traditional home Appliance industry,and gradually show great commercial value and potential in the market.However,with more and more smart home Appliances coming into people’s family life,the problems in the use of smart home Appliances are gradually exposed.The complexity of functions and the irrationality of interaction methods lead to low user experience.At the same time,the research on smart home Appliances mainly focuses on the realization of technical level,and lacks the research on human-computer interaction of smart home Appliances.This paper focuses on the user needs,combined with the theory of human psychology and human-computer interaction,discusses the design principles of human-computer interaction of intelligent home Appliances under the Internet of things technology.Taking home intelligent air conditioning as the design object,this paper carries out specific research and design practice of human-computer interaction,which has a certain guiding significance for the interactive design of intelligent home Appliances.The main process of this research is as follows:First of all,it analyzes the Internet of things and the products and human-computer interaction of smart home Appliances in the era of Internet of things,and takes this as the starting point of design to design the human-computer interaction of smart home Appliances.Then,according to the data analysis of questionnaire method and interview method,the product is designed with the intelligent air conditioner as the target,and the target user is studied,so as to establish the user model and user model.Secondly,the interaction design principles of smart home Appliances are analyzed.From the perspective of ergonomics,the hardware and software interaction interfaces of smart home Appliances are analyzed in depth.According to the analysis results,the design objects are given practical guidance,which provides theoretical support for the follow-up human-computer interaction design of smart home Appliances.Finally,according to the previous research,the human-computer interaction scheme design of intelligent air conditioning as an example is carried out,and the preliminary design scheme is constructed.Through the fuzzy evaluation method,each scheme is analyzed and evaluated,and the best scheme is obtained in the objective and scientific evaluation,so as to explain the best scheme and summarize its advantages and disadvantages.Based on the technology of Internet of things,this paper studies the human-computer interaction design of smart home Appliances,focusing on the user needs and design principles of smart home Appliances in the era of Internet of things.From the perspective of human-computer science,the hardware and software of home Appliances are analyzed in detail,so as to provide theoretical guidance for design practice,form a complete human-computer interaction design process,and improve the efficiency User experience,at the same time for the development of intelligent Appliances under the Internet of things to improve the new ideas.
