Research On User Experience Design Of Smart Home Products Under AI+Internet Of Things Technology

Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of computer technology represented by AI,the Internet of Things,and cloud computing,smart home is a popular direction for various technical practices and applications.There are more and more categories in the market,and the application scenarios are also more abundant.People Expectations for smart homes have increased significantly.Therefore,how to design more standardized and efficient smart home products with good product experience and user satisfaction is particularly important for enterprises.At present,the smart home market has entered the stage of the Internet of Everything,which is design-oriented based on scenarios and systematization.By analyzing and researching the design thinking and design methods of user experience,the smart home products are systematically linked,and the design of smart home is deeply explored.Elements,improving the work efficiency of designers and optimizing the user experience in the process of user use are the key trends in development.This paper first summarizes the key technologies of smart homes,sorts out the development status of smart homes under new technologies,and the changes in sensory experience,interactive experience,emotional experience,and human-machine relationship of smart homes caused by new technologies,and summarizes the people-oriented design of smart homes.direction and design goals of smart living.Then,analyze the existing user experience research direction and research content,as well as the user experience elements of smart home,build a user experience design process that conforms to the characteristics of smart home,and propose the construction method of user role,the construction method of interaction scene,and the interaction process How the graph is drawn.Then,in the user research stage,quantitative and qualitative research methods are used to understand the current situation of users using smart homes and deeply explore the potential needs of different users of smart homes,and build user portraits and user scenario journeys of expert users and ordinary users based on data.Finally,a series of smart home items,control center hardware,and control center software interface designs are completed using the obtained user design process,design method,and user requirements.The results of this practice also reversely verified the effectiveness and scientificity of smart home user experience design.
