| With the rapid development of my country’s urban economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the pressure on the supply of urban road networks is increasing,and the problem of traffic safety has become increasingly prominent.However,the occurrence of urban road traffic accidents has caused a decline in road capacity and increased vehicle delays,resulting in queuing and traffic jams,which have a certain impact on the efficiency and safety of traffic operation.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the impact of traffic accidents on the capacity of urban roads.First of all,the paper analyzes the different influencing factors of traffic accidents,and establishes a VISSIM simulation model to analyze the specific impact of different traffic accident factors on urban roads,and proposes the method of overtaking by way of traffic.At the same time,a simulation model is established to verify its feasibility.And then analyze the applicability of this method in detail.Secondly,through the analysis of the factors affecting the capacity of urban roads under traffic accidents,a reduction coefficient method is proposed to estimate the capacity of urban roads.Through the VISSIM simulation model,different occupation conditions,length of occupations,duration of traffic accidents,and large-scale traffic accidents are obtained.Calculate the reduction coefficient of each traffic influencing factor under the traffic capacity under the vehicle ratio,and obtain the functional relationship between the traffic reduction coefficient under each traffic influencing factor and each traffic influencing factor,and obtain the most suitable through function fitting Functional relationship to estimate the effective capacity of urban roads under different traffic accident conditions.Finally,actual cases are used to verify the rationality of the capacity model. |
