China has the largest number of reservoir dams in the world,and the reservoir dams are important infrastructure facilities for the benefit of the country and the people,it has brought grest social and economic benefits in many aspects of national economy,such as flood control,irrigation,power generation and ecological environment.In China,the number of earth-rock dams is more than 95%,and the number of dams with hidden safety hazards is increasing year by year due to the disrepair and the restriction of economic and technical conditions at that time.Therefore,carrying out reasonable safety monitoring of earth-rock dam and establishing effective early-warning mechanism can reduce the loss to the lowest extent because of the preparation in advance.The research object of this paper is the safety monitoring and early warning system of earth-rock dams and the research is mainly carried out from the following aspects:(1)To design a hardware acquisition terminal of the dam safety monitoring system.As the dam is far away from the city and the population is sparse,the hardware terminal must be stable,reliable and convenient to maintain and save electricity,separate the main control,communication,energy-saving hardware circuits into modular production,reducing the complexity of the circuit and the maintenance workload;(2)The system uses STM32CubeMX to configue the parameters of initialization and data acquisition,and completed the development of the profile file and codec plug-in in the telecommunications IoT cloud platform interface,and carried out the platform data communication operation and application.In order to achieve a good manmachine interface and further improve the function of data analysis and processing,the man-machine interface of the dam safety monitoring cloud management platform was developed by using C#as the development language and in the form of UI web interface;(3)The large amount of data need to be observed and collected for dam safety monitoring,and these huge complicated data and geographic information need effective analysis and processing methods,researched and analyzed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gray correlation degree comprehensive evaluation method,and established the corresponding mathematical evaluation model for dam safety monitoring.The dam of the first stage of the Middle Water Conservancy project in Guizhou is taken as the evaluation object,and the two mathematical models are applied to the evaluation and analysis,the evaluation results obtained are in line with the general survey report of the project situation,that is,the dam’s operating behavior is "basically normal,and the feasibility of the system is verified,it has certain application value.
