| A complete machining process system includes machine tool,workpiece,tool,fixture and other information.In the current machining process,most of them rely on machining process card to carry the information.However,the display information of machining process card is plane two-dimensional information,which is professional and limited,so it is difficult to read the process information,the professional training cycle is long,and it is not conducive to the improvement of machining efficiency.To solve these problems,this paper studies the key technology of AR machining assistant system process identification and display,and designs a mobile information display system based on augmented reality technology.The system can not only display the information content of the process card completely,but also have interactive augmented reality three-dimensional information,so that users can intuitively and comprehensively understand the relevant content of machining process,which is conducive to shorten the training time of machining professionals and improve the efficiency of machining.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the characteristics of the geometric shape change of the workpiece caused by mechanical processing and the computer vision image acquisition method,an image acquisition method suitable for each process of the workpiece in the mechanical processing process is proposed.Based on the distance measurement principle of the binocular camera on the mobile terminal and the polyhedral perspective image acquisition method,a plane projection image acquisition method suitable for machining workpieces plane rectangular image acquisition method is proposed.Then,when extracting the contour information of the workpiece,an improved Canny operator is used to suppress the tool texture information on the machined surface generated during processing,and the shape context algorithm is used to describe and match the feature of the workpiece image.Finally,the processed resource files are combined with the Vuforia plug-in in Unity3D to realize the three-dimensional registration of the workpiece,so as to ensure that the AR machining assistance system can accurately identify the workpiece tracking and workpiece process.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the mobile end screen display information,the machining process information displayed on the mobile end screen is divided into three types:static two-dimensional plane information,three-dimensional model information and dynamic simulation information.Static two-dimensional plane information is text information,which is divided into grids on the screen of mobile terminal,and text information is displayed by tabulation;3D model information is processed in virtual scene by modeling software and model optimization software,and the geometric structure of workpiece,fixture and tool is expressed in the screen.The geometric dimension,tolerance and other information are added to the model through Unity3D;Dynamic simulation information is displayed by interactive animation.Users can observe the geometric simulation animation of the workpiece through the screen,or control the relevant contents of simulation through touch screen operation.Finally,through the enhanced reality display of various information,the visual machining process content is provided to the user.Finally,on the basis of computer vision image processing technology and augmented reality system technology,based on Unity3D engine,using VS2017 and Vuforia plug-in tools to.complete the development of mobile AR machining assistance system.The auxiliary system is developed separately from three modules:the workpiece process recognition module,the augmented reality information display module and the user interaction module.Then integrating three modules into one complete AR machining assistant system in Unity3D,and package and publish it as installation resource package of mobile terminal.Finally,the mechanical processing of the support base is selected as the object to test the three functional modules of the system.The final test results show that the system can better recognize the corresponding process of the workpiece in the workshop processing scene,realize the superposition of the workpiece and the virtual information,and the user can interact with the virtual information through the interactive interface.In this paper,through the relevant research of augmented reality system,AR machining assistant system is designed and developed to help professionals intuitively and comprehensively understand the relevant content of workpiece machining,which has a good guiding role for machining personnel and can improve the training efficiency of relevant personnel. |
