With the continuous and rapid development of high-quality social economy,manufacturing has entered the era of automation.Modern factory manufacturing has gradually replaced small workshop-style production,and assembly line operations have greatly improved production efficiency.In industrial and agricultural production,the production volume of canned products has increased sharply,and the market urgently needs an online weighing and sorting system for canned products.As an important part of the automated production line,the weighing accuracy and speed of the weighing and sorting system,as well as the sorting speed and accuracy,will directly affect the production efficiency and product quality.However,the existing equipment on the market has slow weighing speed and lower accuracy,slow sorting speed,and relatively single function of the equipment.This paper summarizes the research status of dynamic weighing and sorting system at home and abroad through literature review and market research,and designs a canned product sorting system based on dynamic weighing technology.The system hardware is divided into a weighing module and a sorting execution module.The hardware platform is built with a DSP+ARM dual-core architecture,which is responsible for signal acquisition and processing and system task scheduling control.The design adopts dual-port RAM to share memory to realize data exchange and communication between dual cores.The dual-core architecture is equipped with RTLinux operating system to operate hardware resources,ensuring the system’s response speed and easy development and maintenance.Researched and improved the BP neural network algorithm to solve the system’s nonlinear problems and reduce the dynamic weighing error.Through algorithm simulation,it is verified that the improved algorithm performance is more superior.In addition,a weighing module DSP digital signal processing system software,a sorting execution module ARM control system software,and a web-based weighing sorting monitoring platform are designed,which can set and read and display system parameters in real time.Finally,the static weighing test proves that the designed system hardware circuit has good performance.The dynamic weighing test verifies that the GA-BP neural network can significantly reduce the dynamic weighing error.Comprehensive test results show that the weighing accuracy and speed of the system and the correct rate of sorting meet the expected indicators.
