Dynamic weighing is the key technology of many researches and application areas. In the study of dynamic weighing technology, Most is used in the dynamic compensation and parameter estimation for modeling dynamic weighing system model, thus obtained mass of the object. The model of weighing system is difficult to establish that we can't resolve the model problem through traditional methods, because of several reasons, such as the complexity of multidimensional force sensor'dynamic characteristics, the special of Sorting manipulator dynamic weighing device and the uncertainty of interference caused by internal and external factors. How to create a relationship between six vectors of six-axis force sensor and the quality of M is a key issue.After contrasting and analysising the traditional and current methods of dynamic weighing, we definite to adopt BP the neural network as the need method. Due to the limitations of BP neural network, meanwhile, in order to obtain the highest possible accuracy of the dynamic weighing, proposed three improved BP neural networks, we finally definite the All Parameters Adaptive Learning after analysis and comparison.we must build the improved BP neural network before the implementation of dynamic weighing technology, including the choice of network layers and sample data collection. To maintain the synchronization of data acquisition is a precondition for the effectiveness of the sample data. The choice of hidden layers of network is received through experience. First choice is a single hidden layer (by Kolmogorov theory).We finally definited fifteen neurons as the best number of the hidden layer.Degree of accuracy and top speed are two critical performance indicators of dynamic weighing. We must improve the speed of dynamic weighing as much as possible when ensuring the accuracy of dynamic weighing. This paper research the dynamic weighing system under three conditions (low-speed, medium-speed, and high-speed).Determined the dynamic weighing accuracy with different speeds.
