With the fast development of accumulator-driven vehicle, more high quality accumulators are needed. The battery plate as the largest amount of components in the accumulators production, its weight consistency on battery having important influence. Intelligent weighing sensor important role in plate sorting system, it is responsible for the information collection and date processing. Based on the depth study of the embedded system technology and dynamic weighing technology, in this paper, the core plate dynamic weighing controller ADuC7026, system hardware, software is studied and designed, and the system precision and speed are analyzed, finally the experimental results and its analysis were given.In hardware design respect, based real-time requirements of battery plate on-line Sorting system, this article brings forward one capsule dynamic weight scheme which uses ARM chip as main controller. The emphases scheme includes the selection of weight sensor and microprocessor, the design of transmitter design, Filtering and amplification circuit, and AD conversion circuit.In software design respect, on the VC++fully skilled foundation, we compiled the program. Processing a series of dynamic data from sensor, including digital filtering processing, zero tracking and dynamic compensation to improve the response speed of the system. And a detailed analysis of the LCD program design process, the flow chart of applications partly are described in detail in this article.In Signal separation technology respect, system grounding principles and signal shielding technology are keys of ant-interference measures in hardware. Some measures were also taken in the software, software reset can reduce the sensor zero drift and non-linear error. Digital filtering can eliminate signal interference.
