To satisfy the demands of observing sun and getting information for relevant research,a space-based 2-D tracking and pointing mechanism is needed to realize the constant observation of sun for the apparatus on satellite.2-D tracking turntable is a key part of tracking system,the property of which directly determines the tracking ability of the optical payload.Thus,it influences the task completion significantly.This thesis studies about the design of turntable as well as mechanical and thermal property analysis of the design results based on demands of a solar spectrometer.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By means of task analysis,project comparison,analytical calculation and topology optimization,the layout,shafting structure,drive solutions,material selection,main support parts and fixture of turntable are designed.The design scheme of carbon fiber turntable is settled,including structure and installation of corresponding metal inserts,and the process design of manufacturing and assembling is given.(2)By finite element modeling,the engineering analysis of design result is finished.Modal analysis,response analysis of mechanical condition and thermal-stress analysis under extreme temperature condition are carried out,resulting that the natural frequency of turntable is 59 Hz,safety margins of response under vibration test meet with request,and the thermal stress and strain do not affect the normal function.That means the structure of design result is stable and can fit in the mechanical and thermal environment as demanded.(2)A turntable from design result is produced and the environmental adaptability tests are carried out for testing actual performance of the production.The test includes sinusoidal vibration test,random vibration test,characteristic scanning and thermal balance test.By collecting and analyzing data of both processes and results of those tests,the conclusion is that natural frequency of prototype is 53.6Hz,there is little variation in structure after vibration test and function of turntable is good,which means that properties of the production satisfy requests of the task,and the design process as well as the structure of this turntable can be a typical reference for those similar design. |
