With the rapid development of high-grade highways in high latitudes in the world,the consumption of petroleum asphalt has increased sharply.However,petroleum asphalt is a non-renewable resource.Therefore,there are higher requirements for the selection of road construction materials,which are renewable,widely available and available.Alternative materials have become a better choice.Further research has been carried out on the large amount of renewable resources-bio-oil produced in Northeast my country.The purpose of this article is to use bio-oil to partially replace bitumen to protect natural energy for the second time.The low-temperature performance of the existing bio-asphalt mixture does not meet the needs of road use,and it is not universal in high-latitude and high-cold areas.Therefore,it is extremely restrictive and difficult to use in production practice.In this paper,Dioctyl Phthalate(hereinafter referred to as DOP)and SBS are used as modifiers to compound with bio-asphalt,and the compound bio-asphalt and its mixture are prepared through a reasonable preparation process.In order to explore the influence of DOP on the performance of composite bio-asphalt and its mixture,component tests and FTIR tests were carried out on the raw materials,and the feasibility of composite modification was explored.According to different dosages of bio-oil and DOP,the composite bio-asphalt was prepared,and the performance of the composite bio-asphalt was tested for conventional performance,high and low temperature rheological properties and microscopic properties,and the reasonable dosage of bio-oil and DOP was clarified.According to the optimal content,the asphalt mixture is prepared with AC-16 gradation commonly used in engineering practice.A control test is set up according to whether or not DOP is added to prepare the composite modified biological asphalt mixture,and the road use of the composite modified asphalt mixture is deeply explored.Performance is affected by DOP.The final analysis of the test results shows that the increase in the amount of DOP improves the low temperature performance of the composite modified biological asphalt and weakens its high temperature performance.Increasing the amount of bio-oil will reduce the low-temperature performance of the asphalt,but it can improve the high-temperature performance of the composite modified asphalt.Under the optimal dosage,the road performance of each mixture sample meets the requirements of construction specifications.The incorporation of DOP,the modified biological bitumen,the low-temperature crack resistance of the mixed materials can be increased by 17.1%,and the high-temperature performance Decrease,the residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength,which characterize the water stability performance,have been increased by 7.8%and 3.1%,respectively.At the microscopic level,DOP is incorporated,and the various components of the modified bio-asphalt develop biochemical interactions to produce new functional groups and the structural system of the modified bio-asphalt It is more stable and improves the regular performance of bitumen.
