Research On The Key Techniques Of The Highway Maintenance Cost Management System

The highway maintenance management is an important guarantee of normal operation of the highway,but due to fierce competition and rising costs,the profit space narrowing of highway maintenance project and maintenance enterprise under the severe pressure to survive.Therefore,the strengthened enterprise internal management and cost control become the important demand of enterprise development.And for a long time,because of the problems of extensive management,the bigger budget deviation of road maintenance enterprise cost,the inaccurate estimation of margins and ineffective choice of maintenance scheme,make it difficult to adapt to the requirements of modern enterprise development.In order to solve the present problems of the enterprise and improve the highway maintenance enterprise cost management method.In this paper,we are using the principle of the multiple regression analysis,the establishment of freeway traffic flow,the index of pavement performance and maintenance cost between the multiple regression analysis of mathematical model,using the model to forecast the highway maintenance fees and through comparison with the actual maintenance cost to verify the effectiveness of the proposed prediction model.In highway maintenance capital allocation decisions,the introduction of the non dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elitist strategy NSGA-II,using the algorithm to solve multi-objective maintenance highway capital allocation decisions in selecting the optimal solution of problem.By compared with the application of the desires of the NSGA-II,whether in the use of maintenance funds,or investment gains and maintenance after the overall road conditions,the effect of algorithm is better than the traditional linear weighting method and the results obtained by the implicit enumeration method.With the analysis of the requirements of the highway maintenance enterprise in this article,we research and development of the highway maintenance cost management system.This system can help enterprise to realize the system maintenance in the whole life cycle management of maintenance costs,which is advantageous to the highway maintenance departments make the maintenance plan scientifically,uses the highway maintenance funds reasonable and make the highway maintenance management scientific,standardized and rationalization.Especially,the system has realized the prediction of maintenance cost and multi-objective decision making optimization function maintenance funds,which improves the degree of refinement of management in enterprise and strengthens the competitiveness of the enterprise at same time.Finally describes the research conclusion of this paper,the further research content to make the future.
