Since the EPC project general contractor model entered the field of construction engineering in my country,it has received vigorous promotion and support from the government.Since the EPC general contracting model has the advantages of low management cost,low resource occupation,easy control of project cost,and improvement of enterprise performance capabilities,after decades of development,my country has formed a large number of EPC project general contracting enterprises,and then determined The leading position of the EPC general contracting model in the field of construction engineering in my country.Up to now,my country’s construction engineering field has formed a construction project organization and management model with general contracting enterprises as the core,professional subcontractors as the framework,and labor service companies as the foundation.Then,with the continuous development of my country’s social economy,various systems in the construction market have become more and more perfect,and engineering projects have become more complex and professional,which makes the owners put forward higher requirements for project quality and construction companies.This makes all construction companies eager to reduce costs,improve their own service levels,and enhance their core competitiveness.However,in engineering projects that use the EPC general contracting model,the general contractor assigns a large part of the work to the professional subcontractors through subcontracting.Therefore,the performance of professional subcontractors can directly affect the quality,schedule,cost and safety of the project.Therefore,how to select professional subcontractors that meet the company’s strategy and project goals has become a hot issue in the academic circles and the construction industry.This article first reviews the current research on the selection of project subcontractors at home and abroad,and by summing up the current research status of subcontractor selection evaluation,looking for the deficiencies of the current research-in the process of project subcontractor selection,the current research does not fully consider The influence of the "voice" of the company’s stakeholders on the selection of subcontractors.This article takes this as an entry point,introduces quality function expansion(QFD),and combines fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to design a three-stage hybrid model of subcontractor selection based on QFD method.The main innovations of this article are:(1)Because most of the current research on subcontractor selection focuses on the optimization of mathematical methods or the construction of subcontractor evaluation systems,few studies focus on the actual needs of company stakeholders and projects."sound".Based on this,this article introduces the QFD method and designs a three-stage hybrid model for subcontractor selection.Through the process of"department-demand-evaluation index-subcontractor",the general contractor’s"voice" in the subcontractor selection process is realized In order to ensure that the selected subcontractor and the general contracting company have the highest degree of "fitness" to achieve the smooth realization of the project objectives.(2)When designing the QFD-based three-stage subcontractor selection hybrid model,this paper introduces FAHP and uses it in combination with the QFD method to assign weights to the various criteria in the model.(3)The current QFD method is widely used in various fields,but we found that QFD method has not been applied to the selection of construction subcontractors when we consulted relevant domestic and foreign documents,so the three-stage subcontractor selection hybrid model designed in this paper It broadens the ideas for subcontractor selection,and provides decision-makers with a new understanding of subcontractor selection.The research ideas of the article are mainly divided into the following steps.The first chapter is the introduction:this part first explains the research background and research significance of the article,then introduces the relevant literature of domestic and foreign subcontractor evaluation and selection in detail,and finally summarizes the shortcomings of the current subcontractor selection literature,and clarifies the entry of this article Points and innovation points,and finally clarify the research line of the article.The second part is related theories and concepts:this part mainly introduces the definition of EPC general contracting mode and subcontracting,and briefly introduces the related theoretical methods of QFD.The third part is the analysis of the EPC general contracting mode with the construction unit as the core:this part first introduces the characteristics of the EPC general contracting mode,then analyzes the process of subcontractor selection under the EPC mode,and finally analyzes the application of QFD to the subcontracting under the EPC mode The feasibility of contractor selection,a framework diagram of a three-stage subcontractor selection hybrid model based on QFD is proposed to pave the way for the detailed explanation of the model principle in the next chapter.The fourth part is based on the QFD-based subcontractor selection decision model and solution:this part first introduces the relevant knowledge of fuzzy set theory,and combines with AHP to form the FAHP method,and then introduces FAHP into the subcontractor selection model designed in Chapter 3.,Improve the three-stage subcontractor selection process of "relevant departments-department needs-evaluation indicators-subcontractors",and introduce in detail the principle steps of the subcontractor mixed selection model.The fifth part is a case study:this part takes the pipe network engineering part of an EPC project contracted by a domestic construction company as an example.According to the subcontractor selection hybrid model designed in this article,the pipe network subcontractors are selected to verify the science of the model Sex and effectiveness.The sixth part is conclusions and prospects:this article is based on the QFD method,designed a three-stage construction subcontractor selection hybrid model,through the"department-demand-evaluation index-subcontractor" process,to achieve the general contractor’s voice "In the process of subcontractor selection,it is ensured that the selected subcontractor has the highest degree of "fitness" with the general contractor to achieve the smooth achievement of the project goals.Undoubtedly,the design of subcontractor selection model in this paper has a certain universality and practical significance,which opens up a new idea of construction subcontractor selection,and provides decision makers with a new understanding of construction subcontract selection.
