The fan is one of the major power consumer in coal-fired power plants, through the application of new energy technical and high efficiency fan, it improved the reliability and efficiency of power unit, then achieved power reduction of fan.This paper focus on the fan improvement solution; Based on the analysis of different solutions, meanwhile,according to the acture condition of DaiHai power plant, established detail energy-saving improvement solution, after the project carried out, the power cosuming of fan was obviously reduced; First, this paper describled the princple of primary air fan and current energy-saving method of coal-fired power plants,Second, through the study of the primary air fan of DaiHai power plant,it find out three main problems:Specific to above problems, put forward the replacement of the air heater and air flow measurement device, improved the adjustment precison of primary air fan; Then through the optimization of primary air fan control logic, changed the tracking object of movable vane, utilized movable vane and coal mill baffle coordination control air flow at a time, finally, achieved the power consuming of coal pulverizing system; After renovation of the primary air fan of DaiHai power plant project, power unit operation was stable and the current consuming of primary air fan was reduced obviously; This project provided a good reference and demo for future energy reduction projects.
