Rural roads are the capillaries of the highway transportation system that go deep into rural areas,connecting the nodes such as rural areas,cities,town markets,industrial parks,tourist attractions,and mineral resources development sites.They play an important role in promoting the construction of new rural areas and the construction of new urbanization.At present,the development of rural roads in China is relatively backward,and the randomness and blindness of road network layout optimization are particularly prominent,which restricts the economic and social development in rural areas.Therefore,in view of the unreasonable road network layout,this paper proposes the optimization method of rural road network layout.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:firstly,the basic characteristics,development status and development trend of rural roads are deeply analyzed by combining the types and functions of rural roads.Then,according to the difference of node attributes,the nodes are combed to form several combinations of nodes.Then,according to the different combinations of nodes,the random forest algorithm is used to select the road sections between nodes.The result of the road section selection is the candidate set of two types of lines:"the highest probability" and "the second highest probability".in turn,in the network optimization,to the road between the nodes selection of candidate sets,namely the section selection should be based on the candidate sets,the result of the building to increase the level of a "network unit technology strength maximum" and "network technology level and administration level jump difference minimum" as objective function,the setting value of"construction fund",’section selection of candidates of ratio:and the setting value of construction mileage as constraint condition of optimization model,combined with the genetic algorithm to form the model;Finally,taking the rural road network of Xiangtan Yuhu district,Jiangshe town as an example,through the collection and analysis of relevant data,and combined with the above optimization model,the optimization plan of the layout of the rural road network in the town is determined.The research process of this paper provides new theories and guiding methods for the layout optimization of rural highway network,guarantees the healthy development of rural roads,and provides certain theoretical support and practical guiding significance for the layout optimization of rural highway network under the new rural background.
